Back in the beginning of September, the month where my sweet little family was adjusting to the new altitude, allergens, and bacterium (read SICK the majority of the time), on the fourth we had a surprise! A new boy named Osbaldo joined us at the home. He is eleven years old and in fifth grade along with Pedro, Mario, and Cristina.

In addition to Osbaldo, the first week of October brought an exciting change, two more children came to the home! Angel (An-hel) is nine years old and in fourth grade, and Georgina (Gina/Yina) is in first grade and six years old! They are brother and sister, arrived on October 7th, and seem to be adjusting well. We are so excited to have all of these new additions in the home! Three more children get a chance to break the poverty cycle and learn about Jesus’ love for him!
